Nuclear Energy Analysis is operated by Sean Smith ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Nuclear Energy Analysis website (the "Site") or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
The Site provides research, analysis, historical data, and visualizations about the uranium market and nuclear energy industry. It does not offer user accounts, sign-in, online payments, or forms that store your information on our servers.

Information You Send Us
If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and anything you choose to share in your message. Please do not send sensitive personal information unless we have specifically agreed to receive it.
Information Collected Automatically
- Hosting and network logs. The Site is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare. When you visit, Cloudflare processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the Site, such as your IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, referring page, and the date and time of the request.
- Error diagnostics. We use Sentry to identify and troubleshoot technical errors. Error reports may include the requested URL, browser or device information, error details, and the Site release that encountered the error.
Display Preferences
The Site uses browser local storage to remember display preferences such as your theme selection. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking technologies. Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary technical measures, including security cookies, to protect the Site from abuse and attacks.
How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- Respond to your inquiries and communicate with you
- Operate, deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the Site
- Understand and improve the reliability and performance of the Site
- Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights, property, and safety and those of others
We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

Hosting logs and error diagnostics are retained by our providers according to their retention practices. You may ask us to delete your correspondence, subject to any records we are required to keep.
